The Commercial Sales Associate III provides ongoing Commercial Customer service and documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzes transaction structures, and provides Customer service functions. The Associate also provides administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in closing loans, including clearing conditions and preparing closing packages, and supports financial statement processing. Additionally, the role handles payment and loan adjustments, supports the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence tracking. The Commercial Sales Associate III also assists Relationship Managers with reporting, including pipeline and loan closing, and complex loan input on the Bank loan origination platform. They prepare correspondence, may act as the initial Customer service contact, and initiate and facilitate Customer research. The role processes Customer transactions, interacts with external Customers, and provides notary services as needed. More complex payment and loan adjustments are processed, and Customer research on complex issues is initiated and facilitated. The Associate assists the Relationship Team with clearing and managing exceptions and serves as a resource for mentoring junior Commercial Sales Associates. Correspondence is prepared under direction, and recommendations for procedures and process flow may be made. Reporting to the Relationship management team, including daily and monthly reporting, is generated and distributed. The role acts as the initial Customer service contact for more complex requests and provides notary services for Customers as needed.
