The Commercial Sales Associate III provides ongoing Commercial Customer service and documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzes transaction structure, and provides Customer service functions. The Associate also provides administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in closing loans, including clearing conditions and preparing closing packages, and supports Financial Statement processing. Additionally, the role processes payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments, and supports the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence. The Commercial Sales Associate III also supports Relationship Managers with reporting, including pipeline and loan closing, and complex loan input on the Bank loan origination platform. They prepare correspondence, may act as the initial Customer service contact, and may initiate and facilitate Customer research. The role processes Customer transactions, interacts with external Customers, and provides notary services as needed. This position also processes more complex transactions, initiates and facilitates Customer research on complex issues, and assists the Relationship Team with clearing and management exceptions. Finally, the Commercial Sales Associate III serves as a resource for mentoring junior associates and assists in the development of procedures and process flow.
