The Commercial Sales Associate III provides ongoing Commercial Customer service and documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzes transaction structure, and provides Customer service functions. The associate provides administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in closing loans, including clearing conditions of closing and preparing closing packages. They also provide Financial Statement support, process payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments. The role supports the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence preparation and tracking. Additionally, the Commercial Sales Associate III supports Relationship Managers with reporting, including pipeline, loan closing, and complex loan input on the Bank loan origination platform. They prepare correspondence, provide administrative support, and may act as the initial Customer service contact, initiating and facilitating Customer research to ensure comprehensive solutions. The role processes Customer transactions, interacts with external Customers, and provides notary services as needed. This position also processes more complex financial transactions, initiates and facilitates Customer research on complex issues, and assists the Relationship Team with clearing and management exceptions. The Commercial Sales Associate III serves as a resource for mentoring junior associates and prepares correspondence under the direction of Relationship Managers and Commercial leadership. They may assist in developing procedures and process flows and generate and distribute reports to the Relationship management team. This role acts as the initial Customer service contact for more complex requests and provides notary services for Customers as needed.
