The Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role manages and processes overdrafts, prepares daily packages for review within appropriate timeframes, and adheres to audit credit policy/procedures. The position also manages and maintains financial reporting requirements, including financial request letters, tracking, and scanning. It involves assisting with processing covenant compliance for Credit Management approval, tracking insurance certificates, and reviewing various RM reports to follow up on delinquencies, maturities, and financial/loan exceptions. The role also manages Good Faith Reports and ensures new loans, renewals, and modifications are booked and scanned correctly in all TD systems. Additionally, it assists with deposit and loan account transfers between Relationship Managers (RMs), monitors accounts to ensure correct RM assignment, and follows up on loan payoffs. In Salesforce/nCino, the associate assists in adding Entities/Opportunities, processes and monitors Servicing Requests, processes advances, internal transfers, paydowns, and payments in LT with proper authorization, and processes and tracks fees. The role also involves scanning credit/loan information to DocMan, processing T&E Expense Reports, and processing invoices for payments.
