The Commercial Sales Associate II provides ongoing Commercial Customer service documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role manages and processes overdrafts, prepares daily packages for review within appropriate timeframes adhering to audit credit policy/procedures, and manages financial reporting requirements within the team's portfolio. It also involves assisting with covenant compliance, tracking insurance certificates, reviewing RM reports, and monitoring Good Faith Reports. The associate ensures new loans, renewals, and modifications are booked and scanned correctly, assists with account transfers, and monitors RM assignments. Additionally, this role supports Salesforce/nCino activities, processes servicing requests, advances, transfers, paydowns, and payments, scans credit/loan information, and handles T&E expense reports and invoice processing.
