Osmo is seeking a Commercial Sales Associate to support the growth of its fragrance oil business across fine fragrance, home, and body care. This role is designed for an individual early in their fragrance career who is commercially driven, engaging, and eager to develop within a modern fragrance organization. The position will involve supporting and developing smaller oil accounts, gaining hands-on experience in fragrance development, client management, and commercial sales. The associate will collaborate with Osmo’s fragrance teams, utilizing AI-enabled development tools and platforms for ideation, trend analysis, and commercialization. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about building relationships and pursuing new business opportunities, with a passion for both the craft and the future of fragrance.
