About The Position
Boone Brothers Roofing is hiring Commercial Roofing Service Technicians / Helpers. Join a growing team with steady, year-round work, paid training, and real opportunities to advance. Requirements
- 21+ years old with valid driver’s license & clean record
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Willing to travel as needed
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist with roof repairs, maintenance, and service calls
- Inspect roofs and help identify leaks/issues
- Travel to multiple job sites daily (company vehicle provided)
- Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally
- Work alongside a Foreman in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Follow all safety procedures (PPE, fall protection, etc.)
