We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY. This role is responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. The technician will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems
A valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
Technology savvy.

Responsibilities

Investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal.
Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Roof maintenance and repairs
Maintain professional interaction with all customers
Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)
