About The Position

Tecta America Jacksonville, a commercial roofing contractor established in 1990, is seeking a Lead Service Technician in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves installing and repairing various commercial roofing systems and requires the ability to work effectively in a team, outdoors in extreme weather, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Requirements

2 years of commercial roofing experience
Experience installing and repairing with TPO, Tile, Modified and Wood working ( Fascia repairs etc.)
18 years of age or older
Valid Drivers License
Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
Able to work well in a team setting
Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
