Nations Roof, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in Austin, TX. This role involves leading a team in providing exceptional service, repairs, and maintenance for commercial roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience, technical problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

Requirements

Current residency in the greater Austin area.
Expertise in BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
Strong experience leading and training a team in the field.
Proven ability to identify and solve complex roofing issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to safety.
Comfortable using basic computer and smartphone tools for reporting and job tracking.
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

5+ years of roofing production or supervisory experience.
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team of roofers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
Conduct roof inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on various commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Built-Up, etc.).
Deliver high-quality service to customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex roofing challenges using technical knowledge.
Accurately document time, materials, and job details for reporting.
Enforce safety standards on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.
