About The Position

Jolly Roofing & Contracting is a national commercial roofing company specializing in low-slope roofing systems, including roof maintenance, re-roofing, and new construction. Operating in 38 states, we are known for our experienced crews-many with over 10 years with the company-and our commitment to integrity, safety, and long-term client partnerships. Our Houston operation continues to expand, and we are seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market. As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship-based selling, enjoys working in a construction environment, and is motivated by long-term growth and earning potential. You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and branch leadership to deliver high-quality roofing solutions to property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.

Requirements

  • Commercial sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston metro area, with occasional regional travel
  • Valid Driver's License (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors
  • Conduct on-site roof evaluations and client consultations
  • Partner with estimators to prepare accurate, competitive proposals
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
  • Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software
  • Represent Jolly Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
  • Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development
