Commercial Roofing Lead Service Technicians
About The Position
Tecta America New England is hiring commercial roofing lead service technicians in Portland, Maine. Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, the role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC. Starting pay is $28+ per hour, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500. Requirements
- Commercial roofing experience is preferred; the company will train suitable candidates.
- Ability to lift more than 25 pounds regularly and more than 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites or the warehouse.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
