About The Position
Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Field Project Supervisor with exceptional leadership abilities to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. This role involves customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
- 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
- Prior experience meeting clients
- Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
- Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
- Willingness to work long hours during busy season

Responsibilities
- Walk the customer through the proposal at the start of a job
- Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
- Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
- Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
- Clean up the job site after lunch
- Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
- Oversee roof installation
