This role involves customer communication, supervision of installation, and job organization throughout the roof replacement process. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
• 2+ years of hands-on commercial roofing experience
• Prior experience meeting clients
• Must be able to climb ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roof tops
• Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
• Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
• Willingness to work long hours during busy season

Responsibilities

• Walk the customer through the proposal at the start of a job
• Take pictures to verify the material & scope of work
• Maintain job site cleanliness throughout the duration of the job
• Updates with pictures/descriptions on captivated (minimum 3 times)
• Clean up the job site after lunch
• Mid-day 5-Point Inspection
• Oversee roof installation
