About The Position

Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our growing family. In this on-site role, you will travel locally in a company-provided vehicle to inspect commercial properties, evaluate project requirements, and prepare accurate cost estimates for low-slope roofing systems. The position combines fieldwork with office responsibilities and requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and completed successfully. Requirements

• At least two years of commercial roofing experience.
• One to two years of estimating experience.
• Solid understanding of low-slope roofing systems.
• Willingness to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally in a company-provided vehicle to inspect commercial properties.
• Evaluate project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for low-slope roofing systems.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and completed successfully.

• Compensation range $75,000-110,000 depending on experience
