About The Position
Hargrove Roofing is growing and looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator to support our expanding commercial division. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, produce accurate bids, and help us scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of TPO, modified bitumen, metal, and shingle systems
- Ability to read blueprints and specs confidently
- Experience with estimating software (The Edge is a big plus)
- Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven
Nice To Haves
- Experience with The Edge (top priority)
- Ability to take on a lead estimator or bid coordinator role
- Willing to work in-person in Shreveport for better collaboration
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints and specifications to produce accurate takeoffs
- Build detailed estimates and write proposals
- Communicate professionally with GCs and clients via phone and email
- Work closely with our team to hit bid and revenue goals
