The Commercial Roofing Estimators at Bone Dry play a pivotal role in partnership with our sales representatives in the Cincinnati and Dayton area. Your analytical estimating expertise combined with your sales skills to prepare compelling proposals, estimate project costs, and close deals with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check and Pre-employment Drug Screen
Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined)
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
1-2 years customer service experience
2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)

Nice To Haves

Experience in EPDM, TPO, and PVC membrane roofing
Familiarity with modified, shingle roofing, and metal standing seam roofing
Ability to read drawings and spec books, or be willing to learn quickly in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
Military service is a plus
