Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Mandan team. Whether you have roofing experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we're willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Nice To Haves

• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.
• Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
• Work outdoors on active job sites
• Follow safety procedures and job specifications
• Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
