Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Fargo team. Whether you have roofing experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we're willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Commitment to safety
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred
Nice To Haves
- Construction or roofing experience
- Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications
- Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems
- Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems
- Work outdoors on active job sites
- Follow safety procedures and job specifications
- Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights
