About The Position

Simon Roofing is seeking a hardworking, safety-minded Commercial Roofer in Nashville, Tennessee. This hands-on role works with a professional crew to install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems. The work involves using roofing tools and equipment, handling materials, setting up fall protection, and completing jobs safely and efficiently. The company offers $20–$32 per hour based on commercial roofing experience, consistent year-round work, paid travel time, paid hotels and per diem, and bonus opportunities. The role may offer career advancement into lead, foreman, superintendent, safety, operations, and other positions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time.
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices.
Valid driver's license for company-driving positions.
Able to pass the required background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Able to regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs.
Able to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
Able to bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods.
Able to work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems.
Use roofing tools and equipment and handle roofing materials.
Set up fall protection and help complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Travel for work and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time when required.
Work overtime when needed.
Load, unload, and move roofing materials and equipment.
