Requirements
- A strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- 1-3 years of field experience (Service Retrofit Tech I).
- 3+ years of field experience (Service Retrofit Tech II).
- 5+ years of field experience (Service Retrofit Tech III).
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic installs and repairs in the field.
- Assist in the supervision and installation of DX Split Systems, above ceiling unit replacements and rooftop replacements.
- Work unsupervised (for Tech II and III).
- Continually enforce safety to the highest standards (for Tech III).
- Mentor junior team members (for Tech III).
