We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Project Manager to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from blueprint to completion. This role is ideal for a technician who takes ownership, leads by example, and consistently delivers clean, efficient, code-compliant installations. This position offers a clear path into Project Management for technicians who demonstrate leadership and project ownership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Ability to complete projects from drawing to completion
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience working with cranes, lifts, and ladders
• EPA Certification required
• OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Experience with Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Experience with Boilers
• Experience with Chillers
• Experience with Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
• Experience with VAV Systems
• Experience with Split Systems
• Experience with Exhaust Systems
• Experience with Commercial HVAC equipment
• Experience with HVAC retrofit and replacement projects
• BuildOps experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Lead retrofit installations from start to finish
• Mentor and direct junior installers
• Ensure work meets code, safety, and manufacturer standards
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Represent All Hours Mechanical professionally on every project
