Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years experience.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must pass Federal background check.
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the entire shift including, stooping, standing, and climbing.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Wear whites and own basic hand tools.

Nice To Haves

Flexibility to work some nights and/or weekends.
Operate equipment such as electric and battery powered scissors and boom lifts.

Responsibilities

Masking and prepping interior and exterior surfaces.
Some drywall repair, patching, and finishing.
Work on lift equipment and extension ladders, when needed.
Spray, brush, and roll smooth drywall and cutting straight lines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team (good work ethic, a respectful attitude, and be willing to take instruction from others) to achieve project goals and objectives.
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
