The Commercial Relationship Manager leads a team of professional product specialists who collectively shape solutions to attract prospective companies to UMB. This role has a direct impact on the bank's earning potential by engaging and building relationships with business owners, CFOs, CEOs, and Controllers. The manager works with existing clients to help them achieve their financial dreams, streamline business processes, and better understand their working cash flow needs. The team manages Commercial and Industrial relationships throughout their lifecycle, developing meaningful connections with the management of the companies they serve and staying mindful of changes in the company and its industry that might affect their financial service needs.
