About The Position
Taylor Search Group has been engaged to identify a proven Commercial Real Estate Lender to be the face of the institution in Denver Metro. This could lead to Market President if you desire in a couple years. Initially this will be a remote role, transiting to more hybrid as you grow the market and add a branch down the road. They are an organization that believes in building strong communities, voted Best Financial Institution over 10X. To be successful you will have a history of 20mm+ annually, and with their credit philosophy you should be able to enhance that significantly. Competitive salary with uncapped incentive! Requirements
- Proven Commercial Real Estate Lender.
- History of originating $20mm+ annually.
- Belief in serving local communities.
- Ability to enhance loan origination significantly with the institution's credit philosophy.
