The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer II is responsible for developing, originating, structuring, and managing commercial real estate lending relationships while contributing to the continued growth and profitability of the commercial lending portfolio. This position serves as an experienced lender within the Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer career path and independently manages moderately complex to complex commercial real estate relationships with limited supervision. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer II is expected to demonstrate advanced credit analysis, loan structuring, business development, and portfolio management capabilities. This role proactively develops referral networks, identifies new lending opportunities, and serves as a trusted financial resource to commercial real estate investors, developers, sponsors, and business owners. In addition to commercial real estate lending activities, and whether working in tandem with a Business Banking Officer or otherwise, the Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer II seeks opportunities to expand member relationships through deposits, treasury management services, insurance products, residential lending, and other Arizona Financial Credit Union products and services. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong credit judgment, a proven ability to originate and manage commercial real estate relationships, sound risk management practices, and the ability to independently manage increasingly complex lending opportunities while contributing to portfolio growth and member satisfaction.
