About The Position
Our client is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Broker in New York, NY or Houston, TX. This is a full-time brokerage role with direct responsibility for representing clients in high-value transactions and building long-term relationships across the real estate investment community.
Requirements
- Active Broker’s License (not agent-level).
- Demonstrated track record of closing commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong network within the investment and development community.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate assets.
- Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers.
- Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value.
