About The Position
At Regions, the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Review Analyst handles complex evaluations, appraisals, and appraisal reviews, as well as consultations to loan officers. Required appraisals and appraisal reviews independently completed must be able to meet the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Six (6) years of related experience, primarily in Commercial Real Estate
- Certification as a General Real Estate Appraiser in a state in Regions’ footprint
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
- Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
- Ability to work under limited guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Responsibilities
- Establishes market values and property rating in support of real estate investments in equity and loans
- Conducts studies of real estate values and trends in markets
- Collaborates with senior management in the development of team goals and objectives, assisting in consistent achievement
- Offers advice and guidance to junior analysts, assisting in the development of necessary skills and the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives
