Primary Position Objective: Under limited supervision, DEVELOPS quality assurance criteria in conjunction with stakeholders, that supports claims process. REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/ business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions. Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment Must be able to multi-task Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

Requirements

  • Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing and speaking
  • Must attain and maintain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
  • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • 3+ years of commercial auto casualty OR cargo OR hazmat claims experience.
  • Previous claim handling experience acceptable if now in a analyst role.
