About The Position

Peoplr is searching for a Commercial Property Manager for our client, NAI Hallmark, in the commercial real estate and property management industry. This job is ideal for skilled commercial property managers with strong business, sales, and financial acumen, a client-centric workstyle, and who thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment. The Property Manager is a full-time, onsite role and requires regular travel to your assigned property portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of commercial property management experience including property operations, fiscal management, and lease administration
  • Full oversight of property operations, encompassing maintenance, safety, and capital improvements
  • Strong business and financial acumen for annual planning, budget development, expense forecasting, and monthly reporting
  • Experience sourcing new vendors, bidding, negotiation, conducting quality inspections, and supervising vendor contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Relationship-driven; able to build and maintain strong relationships with property ownership, tenants, and vendors
  • Client-centric; focused on providing top-notch service while meeting operating and financial goals for assigned portfolio
  • Sales aptitude to handle lease renewals and new prospect deals; strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and independently multitask in a dynamic environment; strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations across a multi-property portfolio, including inspections, maintenance, public safety, vendor management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning to preserve asset value.
  • Provide full financial oversight by developing and managing operating and capital budgets, forecasting expenses, approving invoices, and preparing accurate monthly reports.
  • Manage vendors and maintenance programs by bidding, negotiating, contracting, supervising, and quality-checking while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure effective lease administration and tenant relations, including compliance enforcement, tenant buildouts, turnovers, renewals support, and coordination with leasing and accounting teams.
  • Drive tenant performance and risk mitigation through rent roll verification, sales reporting, delinquency management, collections, and proactive stakeholder communication.
