About The Position

Carvana's Real Estate team is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team at the corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves day-to-day commercial lease administration and portfolio management, along with hands-on support for legal tasks, working closely with the Real Estate Legal team. The portfolio includes industrial and retail facilities, and success in this role requires familiarity with managing a commercial real estate portfolio, interpreting commercial lease and purchase agreement language, understanding financial obligations, and working with facilities teams and vendors. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality work quickly, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and utilize AI tools for efficiency. The position involves significant cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Facilities, and Construction teams, requiring strong project management skills. Daily tasks are expected to be handled autonomously with limited oversight, with clear understanding of when to escalate issues. This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday.

  • Strong team mentality; ability to productively work with varying personalities and experience levels to grow and develop the team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite applications and AI resources, including Claude and Gemini.
  • Working knowledge of Property Works software or similar commercial lease management software.
  • Familiar and comfortable with financial review and reporting.
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves.
