About The Position

National Real Estate Management Group is a dynamic and growing real estate organization specializing in the management, leasing, and optimization of commercial properties across diverse markets. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of assigned commercial properties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, and property operations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred
  • CPM, RPA, or real estate license required

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties including office, retail, and/or industrial assets
  • Maintain positive tenant relationships and respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
  • Oversee service contracts and ensure vendor compliance and performance
  • Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor expenses
  • Review rent rolls, accounts receivable, CAM reconciliations, and financial reports
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure appearance, safety, and compliance standards
  • Assist with lease administration and tenant move-ins/move-outs
  • Work closely with ownership and accounting teams to maximize property performance
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Support leasing efforts and tenant retention initiatives
