Titan Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects from award through closeout with a positive, productive, and solutions-focused approach. Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management
  • Strong understanding of NEC, construction documents, and jobsite coordination
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

  • Be on time and ready to start work at the designated start time
  • Oversee and support Project Superintendents and Foremen
  • Assist Estimator with project estimation as needed
  • Create project schedules of values and maintain project schedules
  • Produce AIA billing monthly or as required
  • Manage deadlines, manpower scheduling, and temporary labor (with Division VP approval)
  • Create, process, and track change orders
  • Qualify and buy out subcontractors and project packages
  • Coordinate job start requirements with Project Coordinator
  • Ensure approved package pricing and contract documentation is complete
  • Coordinate with utility companies and local electrical inspectors
  • Ensure quality installation and adherence to plans and specifications
  • Conduct weekly site visits and one-on-one meetings with Foremen
  • Ensure Titan tools and equipment are properly tracked and maintained
  • Order and call off equipment rentals as needed
  • Evaluate project performance and financial results
  • Approve and process material purchases
  • Attend jobsite and coordination meetings
  • Prepare and process project submittals
  • Process RFIs to and from General Contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors
  • Communicate professionally and respond to emails and calls in a timely manner
  • Support team morale and engagement (including occasional team lunches)
  • Answer phone after hours as required
