This position helps coordinate project documentation, customer communication, scheduling support, compliance requirements, invoicing, and follow-up activities that keep jobs on track and teams aligned. The role also supports billing and accounts receivable processes, helps prepare projects for execution, and ensures critical administrative and operational details are handled accurately and efficiently. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

  • Ability to manage confidential financial, customer, and operational information professionally

  • Ability to support accounts receivable and billing workflows with consistency and follow-through

  • Ability to create, revise, and maintain SOPs and process documentation
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn CRM, invoicing, scheduling, and office software systems
