About The Position
An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 5-years’ experience as a Commercial Project Architect with a background in Ground-Up and Multi-Family projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Commercial Architectural Design AND Project Management experience (from conception to completion)
- Demonstrated experience working with small to large scale Commercial projects i.e., Ground-Up, Multi-Family etc. (50k-80k sqft) is a MUST
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- Experience with MacOS and ArchiCAD is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Responsibilities
- Construction Administration responsibilities including scheduling, managing budgets, conducting onsite inspections, consulting with clients , responding to RFI’s and submittals etc.
