About The Position

Raymond West is looking for an experienced, sales driven, and dynamic Commercial Product Manager to join our winning sales team! Raymond West provides the best material handling equipment and storage systems on the West Coast, and we have a great opportunity for the right individual to join a thriving team. The Commercial Product Manager for Commercial Burden Carriers shall have the responsibility for all customers and prospects within a defined area. Limited overnight travel may be necessary. Raymond West is committed to providing our customers with end-to-end warehouse solutions. We bring you our industry-leading expertise in lift trucks, racking, conveyor, dock and door, rentals, parts, and service. Our customers trust us to provide the right supply chain solutions and services to keep their business up and running.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
  • Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
  • Qualified candidates must have at least 2-year prior Sales experience
  • Heavy driving is required as well as towing a trailer.
  • This position requires excellent customer service and an aptitude for analyzing and solving problems.
  • Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.

  • Source and provide the best solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Strive for professionalism, observing and complying with all Company regulations and policies.
  • Represent the Company loyally, faithfully, with honesty and integrity.
  • Sell the products and services within established Company prices and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and current customer profiles on all accounts.
  • This position will maintain an accurate database for each account in their territory.
  • Ability to produce satisfactory sales volume and gross profit for the Company.
  • It is expected that performance and results will improve year over year.
