In this role, you will make an impact by converting inbound inquiries and cold-calling prospects into qualified opportunities that drive revenue and margin growth. You will proactively generate new sales through follow-ups, cross-selling, and up-selling to deepen customer value and repeat business. You will execute the full Cummins Sales Process to ensure a smooth lead-to-sale experience and high customer satisfaction. You will provide sales support through accurate quoting, RFP coordination, and effective collaboration with sales representatives. You will strengthen customer loyalty by building trusted relationships, resolving concerns, and troubleshooting transaction issues promptly. You will ensure data accuracy and operational excellence by maintaining CRM records, new account setups, and sales forecasting. You will coordinate with internal partners to align inventory, delivery, and service capabilities with customer expectations. You will identify and independently capture new sales opportunities while contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer value initiatives.
