About The Position

The Direct Selling Sales Representative will execute a direct-to–end-user sales strategy within an assigned territory. This role focuses on cultivating new prospects and closing new business opportunities. The representative will leverage and build upon an established brand presence to grow market share. Close collaboration with internal marketing, engineering, and support teams is required to drive a strategic selling model for Solenis. The position involves direct interaction with end customers for both sales and service support. The representative will promote and sell a high-value, full commercial pool solution tailored to customer needs. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Territory Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a direct-to–end-user sales plan that drives growth, penetration, and revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Prospect and Acquire New Customers: Identify, qualify, and convert new end-use customers through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship development.
  • Manage Full Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process from initial engagement through closing and post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and internal support teams to deliver tailored solutions and support strategic selling initiatives.
  • Promote High-Value Solutions: Effectively position and sell Soelnis’ full commercial pool solutions by clearly communicating technical, operational, and value-based benefits.
  • Maintain Accurate Sales Reporting: Utilize SFDC and sales tools to manage pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and report on progress, performance, and market insight.
