About The Position

This is a field-based sales role focused on quoted repairs, replacements, and small-sized commercial projects involving plumbing systems. The position works directly with facility managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups to identify system issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions. This role is suited for experienced plumbing professionals who understand system performance and can confidently assess what solution(s) will solve the customer’s problem. Note: This position does not include selling preventive maintenance agreements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years of field trade experience is required.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge in the industrial/commercial trade being applied for as well as client relations.
  • A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of company-specific software & tech.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility.

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of sales experience in same or similar field is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
