About The Position

The Commercial Plumbing Estimator plays a pivotal role in securing profitable projects by preparing comprehensive budgets and bids. This hands-on position involves managing the entire estimation process, from initial review of plans and specifications to delivering the final proposal—all while being part of a company that values culture and growth.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing estimating.
Proven ability to develop accurate and competitive bids that win projects.
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, equipment, and installation practices.
Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
