About The Position

RQ is seeking skilled Commercial Plumbers to join our Mechanical Division in support of ongoing construction projects in Hurlburt Field, Florida and surrounding areas. All work will be performed on a military base and compensation will follow Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements specific to the project location. This position involves installing, assembling, repairing, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and related components on active construction sites. Candidates should possess strong technical and mechanical skills, along with the ability to complete work in compliance with project specifications, applicable building codes, and company quality standards. Employees are expected to safely operate tools and equipment while consistently supporting RQ's core values, safety culture, and operational standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of four years of journeyman-level plumbing experience or comparable experience in commercial construction or facility maintenance
Demonstrated experience performing plumbing work on commercial new construction projects
Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base.
