This role involves installing, assembling, and maintaining commercial plumbing systems for both new construction and retrofit projects. Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and plumbing plans.
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and installation practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional workmanship.
Must have a valid driver's license that does not necessitate an SR-22.
Ability to pass a Background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with new commercial construction and retrofit projects strongly preferred.
Journeyman plumber card/license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain commercial plumbing systems on new construction and retrofit projects.
Install and connect piping, fixtures, valves, drains, water lines, and other plumbing components.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and plumbing layouts.
Measure, cut, thread, solder, braze, and assemble pipe and fittings as required.
Perform rough-ins, trim-outs, and finish plumbing work.
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
Ensure installations meet applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and company quality standards.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
Coordinate work with other trades and members of the project team.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company and jobsite safety requirements.
