As an experienced Commercial Plumber (PL01), you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington. At Barron, a Commercial Plumber (PL01) will install, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and fixtures, identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, work on Residential Retrofit and Commercial projects, accurately complete job and follow up tasks in a timely manner, review and interpret plans/drawings related to the building trades, work with various types of piping materials, follow health and safety standards and building codes, estimate time, materials, and costs for plumbing jobs, collaborate with contractors, customers and Barron team, maintain flexibility to travel throughout Barron’s service area as needed, respond to plumbing emergencies and perform necessary repairs, maintain required certifications and stay current on industry best practices, technology and CEU requirements, train and manage less experienced plumbers to improve their knowledge, skill and productivity, maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked company vehicle, and be willing to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas. Safely lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing 50-75 lbs., and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Perform physical job tasks including bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, and working in confined or overhead spaces. An outstanding Commercial Plumber (PL01) will have strong attention to detail, be excellent at prioritizing and managing time effectively, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, be a natural problem solver, have a passion for challenges, a drive for continuous learning, and be a team player who collaborates effectively.
