The Construction Crew and Installer is a pivotal team member, making the client’s vision a reality. They support the Head of Construction and Construction Manager while collaboratively building the inclusive, innovative play spaces that give opportunities for all ages and abilities to play together.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of construction processes, means and methods
- Knowledge of construction worksite safety practices, regulations, and quality standards
- Read and comprehend blueprints
- Interpret construction plans and specifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare the site for construction
- Load, unload, and move building materials
- Operate skid steer and excavator
- Operate hand and power tools
- Construct and install site amenities and play structures
- Identify and resolve problems on the job site
- Collaborate with construction manager and construction crew members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Adhere to legal regulations, safety codes, and follow all safety protocols
- Assist head of construction and construction manager with projects as needed
