About The Position

Capco is seeking a Senior Program Lead to support a major Commercial Digital Replacement program for a leading financial services client. This role will partner closely with executive leadership teams to drive complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. You will lead enterprise-scale delivery across multiple workstreams, helping clients modernize commercial banking capabilities through digital transformation, payments innovation, and API orchestration. This is an opportunity to influence strategic outcomes while working at the intersection of business consulting and technology delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale project, program, or portfolio management initiatives within financial services
  • Strong background delivering digital transformation programs across commercial banking and payments environments
  • Deep knowledge of Digital Platforms, Payments ecosystems, and API orchestration capabilities
  • Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders and manage highly visible strategic programs
  • Experience working across both business consulting and technology delivery teams in complex transformation environments

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years Commercial banking modernization or digital replacement program experience
  • Experience working within Tier 1 banking organizations
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies in enterprise transformation programs
  • 5+ years Consulting experience within financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise change management and transformation governance

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex program delivery across business and technology workstreams within a large-scale commercial banking transformation
  • Partner closely with client leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making, governance, and program execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, Payments, API orchestration, and modernization initiatives
  • Bridge business and technology teams to ensure alignment on delivery priorities, dependencies, risks, and outcomes
  • Establish strong program governance practices, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication frameworks
