About The Position

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to support the growth of its South Florida operation. The role delivers pest management services to commercial customers, builds client relationships, identifies pest pressures and conducive conditions, documents findings, and represents the ABC brand professionally at client locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, positive, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. Technicians perform pest control services, conduct inspections, apply or place pest control materials, and resolve customers’ pest needs. They provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional appearance for themselves and their company truck, equipment, and uniform, and communicate courteously and professionally with office personnel. The role involves independently managing a service route and working at least one Saturday per month.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past five years.
At least two years of pest control experience.
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass a drug screening and physical.
Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a route.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Tech savvy, including the ability to convert with CRM.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish; strongly preferred.
Florida Pest Control License preferred.
Commercial pest control experience preferred.
Experience with mobile reporting systems.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
Experience servicing manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, healthcare, multifamily, or senior living facilities.

Responsibilities

Perform pest control services, including applying or placing pest control materials.
Conduct inspections and identify pest pressures and conducive conditions.
