Pest Control Technician - Commercial

About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide commercial customers with uncompromised service using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. The technician inspects commercial properties, identifies pests and conditions that may attract or harbor them, and applies solutions to treat and prevent infestations. Accounts may include offices, hotels, restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and mixed-use properties. Service hours may vary because some customers require visits outside normal working hours. The role includes maintaining bait boxes, traps, monitor boards, equipment, and a company vehicle, while providing professional, customer-focused service.

Requirements

Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing or certification exams.
Ability to pass internal technical exams.
Current driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
Ability to work a minimum 40-hour work week.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on customer service requirements.

Responsibilities

Inspect commercial properties to assess pest problems and identify insects, rodents, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions.
Use expertise and problem-solving to treat and prevent pests through an Integrated Pest Management approach.
Inspect and maintain bait boxes, traps, and monitor boards.
Explain personalized pest-control solutions to customers and provide a professional, helpful customer experience.
Keep equipment and the company vehicle in proper operating condition.
