About The Position

Join the Reyes Fleet Management team in supporting our Martin Brower fleet shops with their inventory of commercial parts. This position will be supporting 3 of our fleet shops (Coatesville, Manassas, VA and Enfield, CT) so you must be available to travel. Experience with inventory, commercial parts and invoice processing is required. Must possess a level of mechanical aptitude that conceptually understands the function and operation of our equipment. Heavy administrative adaptability and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Requirements

• Experience with inventory, commercial parts and invoice processing is required.
• Must possess a level of mechanical aptitude that conceptually understands the function and operation of our equipment.
• Heavy administrative adaptability and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the day-to-day operation of the shop parts department and plans, directs, and controls the activities to ensure technicians have the parts needed.
• Managing the proper inventory levels while supporting the fleet manager with administrative duties by processing vendor invoices for parts and service.
• Evaluate the department’s results against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to maintain the highest quality standard in serving the customer.
• Other duties as assigned.
