About The Position
Join the Reyes Fleet Management team in supporting our fleet shops with their inventory of commercial parts in the Benicia area. This position will be supporting 3 of our fleet shops (Benicia, Richmond, and Sonoma) so you must be available to travel.
Requirements
- Experience with inventory, commercial parts and invoice processing is required.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Assists with the day-to-day operation of the shop parts department and plans, directs, and controls the activities to ensure technicians have the parts needed.
- Managing the proper inventory levels while supporting the fleet manager with administrative duties by processing vendor invoices for parts and service.
- Evaluate the department’s results against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to maintain the highest quality standard in serving the customer.
- Other duties as assigned.
