About The Position

At Counterpart Health (CPH), we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant (CA). By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We're seeking a Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director to shape and drive key commercial initiatives and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Innovations & Partnerships, you'll partner closely with CPH leadership, owning a portfolio of high-impact initiatives and external partnerships. This role is a senior individual contributor who is a highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused operator who can move fluidly between the details of execution and the strategic context, bringing forward recommendations and insights that shape leadership decisions. You'll lead cross-functional programs, keep priorities on track, align stakeholders, manage external relationships, and deliver the insights and materials needed to support strategic decisions and accelerate Counterpart Health's growth and execution capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, and roles such as business operations, program management, partnerships, or cross-functional execution.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities; experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or dedicated program management role is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a track record of bringing structure, accountability, and execution to complex initiatives.
  • Experience managing external partner or customer relationships, including coordinating meetings, driving follow-ups, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets, including experience building financial models, dashboards, trackers, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results through strong organization, collaboration, communication, and execution rather than formal authority.
